Smoked Pork Tenderloin and jumbo prawns pan sautéed with onions, wild mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a brandy brown sauce served over parmesan risotto.
Flat Iron Steak thinly pounded and stuffed with smoked apple stuffing then oven roasted and served with gorgonzola mashed potatoes topped with a wild mushroom onion merlot sauce.
Jumbo Prawns, fresh clams and chunks of sea bass are sautéed with wild mushrooms, crisp bacon, green bell peppers and roma-tomatoes. Finished with creamy marinara and cheese tortellini.
Fresh Atlantic Salmon marinated in maple BBQ sauce oven roasted then nestled in a pool of caramelized shallot/merlot sauce. Garnished with tomato bruschetta.
Strips of Grilled Chicken Breast sautéed with a duet of roasted peppers, prosciuto, roma-tomatoes and wild mushrooms tossed with lemon rosemary sauce then served with garlic infused rice.
Yellow Fin Tuna char grilled to medium rare topped with afresh tomato amoglio finished with a pesto butter disk.
Sliced Grilled Chicken Sautee with asparagus tips, roasted red peppers and mushrooms tossed in asiago cream sauce over linguine.
